Belgian by birth, and Canadian and Luxembourgish by adoption, Françoise has lived in many parts of the world. Having always travelled extensively — and continuing to do so today — she has developed a unique international perspective and a deep understanding of different cultures and people. Françoise has an extensive background in the service industry, as well as in the realm of investment funds and human resources.
Family is at the heart of Françoise’s life. Even though her loved ones live far away, she remains deeply connected to them and follows their lives with great care and affection. When Françoise and Inga first met, a special connection formed almost instantly, naturally leading Françoise to join the Ivy team.
