Inga has built a successful career at an early age as an active entrepreneur and business consultant across a wide range of industries. With a master’s degree in finance and experience in journalism, she became CEO of a leading international steel trading company at the age of only 30.

After thirteen years of being active in the steel industry, Inga found a new passion in the business of matchmaking. She has become a fervent, skilled and reputable matchmaker and is determined to provide only the best of value for her clients. Inga’s charismatic and avid personality – together with her commercial acumen – makes her perfectly suited for the world of elite introductions. With a natural ability to read and match individuals, she is committed with an open minded spirit to provide members with a new world of opportunities. Belgian by birth, and Canadian and Luxembourgish by adoption, Françoise has lived in many parts of the world. Having always travelled extensively — and continuing to do so today — she has developed a unique international perspective and a deep understanding of different cultures and people. Françoise has an extensive background in the service industry, as well as in the realm of investment funds and human resources.

Family is at the heart of Françoise’s life. Even though her loved ones live far away, she remains deeply connected to them and follows their lives with great care and affection. When Françoise and Inga first met, a special connection formed almost instantly, naturally leading Françoise to join the Ivy team. Attentive, approachable, and always ready to help, Françoise is here to support clients with any questions and/or support needed.

Valerie’s journey began in the world of competitive golf, where discipline, focus, and perseverance became second nature. With a background in movement science and physical conditioning, she later worked as a personal trainer, developing a deep understanding of people, their wellbeing, and the importance of feeling balanced in both body and mind.

A pure soul with a strong work ethic, Valerie combines empathy with an exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics. Naturally attuned to the needs of others, she finds genuine joy in helping people feel seen, supported, and happy. Her passion for connection and care makes her a perfect fit within the Ivy world — a space built on love, beauty, and helping people discover their own sense of happiness.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Kirstie has always had a passion for travelling, meeting new people and making the most out of life.

After graduating with a degree in Public Relations, followed by a master’s degree in Tourism, Marketing and Social Responsibility, she spent time working and skiing in Verbier, Switzerland. Kirstie then ventured to Latin America, working for a while in Costa Rica before returning to set up base in Verbier where she set up her own magazine. Nowadays, with her Swedish husband and two children, Kirstie combines her family life in the Alps with escaping to the surf in Portugal whenever possible.

She continues to work on her magazine while enjoying her role at Ivy Relations.

With no single culture to define her, Katy has had the fortune of absorbing many. Growing up in Tanzania and later living across different countries made shifting perspective second nature, a practice that only deepened through her study of sociology.

Her career has moved between hospitality, travel consultancy, policy analysis, disability care and content creation, yet it always circles the same core: communication, and the strange, necessary work of turning private thought into something others can understand.

Artistic and creative, writing has long been her favourite medium for turning lived experience into something people can recognise and respond to.

Charlotte started her writing career when she was a child, actively keeping a journal and graduating, in the early 2000s, to her own blog. It was no surprise to anyone that she decided to embark on a degree in journalism, followed by a master’s in creative writing at university.

She loves travelling whenever she gets the opportunity, having most recently visited Sri Lanka and previously globetrotted to Australia, America, and much of Europe. At home, Charlotte lives with her partner and her cat. She spends the free time she gets cooking, reading, and listening to true crime podcasts. Not necessarily in that order.

She joined Ivy International in 2024 as a writer and consultant. Driven by a passion for helping people find ‘their person’ and a romantic soul, she relishes collaborating with the diverse team.

Helen was born in Sweden, but has had an international upbringing. This, combined with the fact that she loves to travel and has lived in many different countries, has made her a true citizen of the world.

Helen has had significant experiences throughout her life, and they ultimately led her into becoming a life coach. She also has a variety of other working experiences, most of which carry a creative character. Helen is involved in PR, journalism, interior design and art, creating moving paintings that stimulate the human senses. Everything she gets involved with, both personally and professionally, is because of her love of people.

Helen continues to apply her negotiating talents, creativity and innovative spirit to various ventures in the business world. She is fluent in Swedish, English, Danish, Norwegian and French.

Laura is a Developmental psychologist, Jungian psychotherapist, expert in psychosomatic, relaxing techniques, trauma focused techniques and imaginary techniques.
With her studio in Italy she also travels to work with clients, as well as receives patients online. Laura is fluent in English, Spanish and moderate in Portuguese.
She has over 10 years of experience in psychotherapy, working with both adults and children in relation to somatic symptoms, anxieties, depression, trauma consequences, difficulties in relations and personal development.
Laura also offers counselling sessions in order to reach specific goals in one’s personal life such as love and relationships as well as personal growth.

When Laura and Inga, our Ivy CEO, met on an autumn day in 2019 in Milan, a common sensitivity was felt immediately. Since then Laura is a devoted collaborator of Ivy, working on development behind the scenes, as well as supporting clients in their journey.
